The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 11.09.2017 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Complaint Case No. 2643 of 2015 by which cognizance was taken against the petitioner under Section 498(A) of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of D.P.
