This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no. 02 vide order dated 03.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12201 of 2014 in Complaint Case No. 635 of 2011 registered for the offence under Section 498-A. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only ground for cancellation of bail is that the petitioner is not paying the maintenance amount. 4. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner, before approaching this Court for cancellation of bail, should have moved the Court below which has not been done by him. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
