Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 16.09.2017 passed by learned S.D.J.M., Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No.127 of 2016 (G.R. No.3298 of 2016) by which cognizance was taken against the petitioners under Section 7 of the E.C. Act. 3. As per the report received from the Court concerned, it appears that the Daraunda P.S.
