The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 28.06.2018 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Supaul in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015 (G.R. No. 1007 of 2015) by which charge has been framed against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420 and 504/34 of the I.P.C. and Section ¾ of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3. As per report of the Court concerned, Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015 (G.R. No. 1007 of 2015) has already been disposed of on 28.01.2022. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
