The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 28.08.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 478 of 2001 by which the petition filed by the petitioner challenging the cognizance of offence under Sections 409, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. was rejected. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the petition and prays to dispose of the same. 4.
