2. This petition has been filed for quashing the entire criminal proceeding launched against the petitioners in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 for an alleged offence registered u/s 498A, 323, 341, 504, 342, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section ¾ of the Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri on Sone (Rohtas).
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this
