The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 09.05.2018 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in Raxaul P.S. Case No. 248 of 2017, Trial No. 2590 of 2018 by which cognizance was taken against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 323, 327, 341, 379, 384, 496, 420, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60236 of 2018(2) dt.16-03-2026 2/2 427, 504/34 of the I.P.C. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case has become infructuous, accordingly, the same may be disposed of. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners. 5.
