The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order 01.10.2016 passed by the learned A.C.J.M., Patna City in Tr. No. 934 of 2015, arising out of Daniyama P.S. Case No. 56 of 2012 by which charge was framed against the petitioners for the offences under Section 341, 323, 504/34 of the I.P.C. 3.
