Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 28.11.2016 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with G.R. No.209 of 2014 arising out of Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.29 of 2014 by which cognizance under Section 406, 420 & 409 of the I.P.C. has been taken against the petitioner. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take all the points as raised in the petition, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62688 of 2018(3) dt.28-04-2026 2/2 before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage in accordance with law. 4.
