Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 17.03.2018 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-8, Darbhanga in connection with Maro P.S. Case No.44 of 2016 by which cognizance was taken against the petitioners under Sections 364, 365, 211 & 120(B) of the I.P.C. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take all Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35249 of 2018(3) dt.17-03-2026 2/2 the points raised in the petition before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 5. Considering the submissions of learned counsels for the parties, the present Cr. Misc.
