The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 24.09.2018 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in Maintenance Case No. 169 of 2015 by which petitioner was directed to pay Rs. 10,000/- per month as maintenance allowance in favour of O.P. No. 2 and her two minor sons from the month of filing of the case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the petition and prays to dispose of the same. 4.
