Barsoi, Katihar in Mutation Appeal No. 103 of 2013-14 by the Mutation Appeal filed by the respondent nos. 5 to 8 have been allowed setting Patna High Court CWJC No.11148 of 2018(2) dt.27-02-2026 2/2 aside the order of Anchal Adhikari Azamnagar passed in favour of the petitioner in Mutation Case No. 5165 of 2012-13. II. For issuance of a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ order, orders, direction for quashing the order dated 05.08.2017 passed by Circle Officer, Azamnagar in Mutation Case No. 5165 of 2012-1013 by which the Circle Officer quite erroneously directed to create Jamabandi in favour of the respondent nos. 5 to 8 taking exparte order and without following the order of the D.C.L.R., Barsoi.
