Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 15.05.2012 passed by learned J.M., Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No.1667 of 2011 by which cognizance under Sections 323, 498(A) and 504 of the I.P.C. has been taken against the petitioner. 3.
