2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking certain compensation. The petitioner had expired and this fact was placed before this Court on 19.09.2025. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner thereupon sought for time for taking steps for substitution. However, the substitution has not been carried out and almost 10(ten) months have already expired.
3. Considering the above, in absence of the petitioner being substituted, the present writ petition cannot be proceeded with. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed as the present proceedings had abated. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
