Sarmah, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner and Mr. B. K. Sen, the learned counsel who appears on behalf of the Respondent No.1. Page No.# 2/2 2. The Petitioner herein has assailed the Award dated 02.04.2018 passed by the learned Labour Court, Guwahati in Reference Case No.5/2006. 3. The record reveals that in pursuance to an order passed by this Court on 28.08.2025, the instant proceedings was referred to mediation. In pursuance thereto, it has been brought to the attention of this Court vide the report of the learned Mediator that the matter between the Petitioner as well as the Respondents had been amicably settled and an agreement had been entered into on 27.03.2026. 4. Taking into account that the said agreement has been arrived at without any fraud or coercion, the said agreement is duly accepted. 5. This Court further observes and directs that the terms of the agreement shall be a part of the instant order and the parties would be bound by the terms of the agreement. 6.
