JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR MEDHI ORDER 23.04.2026 Heard Shri S. Z. B. Aklas, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Shri S. K. Medhi, learned CGC. The challenge in this writ petition instituted in the year 2018 was an order of termination of service. It was also contended that departmental appeal was preferred which was not considered. The learned counsel has however informed this Court that from the affidavits exchanged, it has been learnt that the appeal has been dismissed. The learned counsel accordingly submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to make a consolidated challenge including the order passed by the appellate authority. Considering the above, the writ petition is dismissed on withdrawal with liberty as prayed for. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
