BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KARDAK ETE ORDER Date : 30.03.2026
None appears for the petitioner on call. The matter relates to prayer for a direction to depute the petitioner for training and by making a provision for special batch to maintain pay parity with their juniors and to grant equal increments to the petitioner as granted to their juniors on the ground that the petitioner was not selected for such training, while the juniors were deputed way back in 2016. It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested to pursue with the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Mr. R. Dhar, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate for the respondent is present.
