It is seen that on the last 03 (three) dates of listing i.e. on 11.08.2025, 07.08.2024 and 31.01.2022, there was no representation on the part of the petitioner. Mr. K. P. Pathak, learned Standing Counsel, APDCL, has submitted, by referring to the Annexures, annexed to the present writ petition, that there is an apprehension that the present petition has been filed by an impersonator who is trying to impersonate himself as Jitu Moni Das, inasmuch as, the earlier writ petition, which is projected to have been filed by the same petitioner, was so filed in the name of Jitu Moni Das and not Manab Das. However, in view of the fact that there is no representation on the part of the petitioner, the said issue would not be permissible to be adjudicated by this Court. Accordingly, considering that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today, as well as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last 03 (three) dates of listing, this Court proceeds to dismiss the present writ petition for non-prosecution.
