This writ petition has been identified for inclusion in the cause-list under the heading “For referral to the Special Mediation Drive-Mediation ‘For the Nation’ List”. Accordingly, the first date of mediation was fixed on 19.09.2025. This order was brought to the notice of the Registrar (Judicial) for necessary compliance.
