Notice in the matter was issued on 23.05.2018. None appeared on 28.08.2023, 08.09.2023, 13.10.2023 and 03.01.2026. Mr. R. Dhar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has submitted that he has specific instructions that the petitioner has received all pensionery benefits as admissible under the NPS Rules. In view of the non-appearance on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the submission that the petitioner has received all pensionery dues under the NPS, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner may not be interested in pursuing this litigation any further. In view of the above, this writ petition stands closed. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the writ petition in case any grievance sought to be agitated in this writ petition remains.
