By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks compliance of the judgment and order dated 25.10.2017, vide which, the writ petition was disposed of by directing as under: - “...Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in terms of the averments made in the writ petition, annexures appended thereto and having regard to the benefits extended to the similarly circumstanced persons mentioned of which is made in the writ petition. Let a decision in the matter be taken within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order...” 2. The respondents have filed their compliance report, wherein it is stated that they have complied with the judgment and have passed Government Order No. 390-Home of 2026 dated 28.07.2026, vide which, the claim of the petitioner-Yasmeena Begum has been considered and the same was rejected being devoid of any merit. The compliance report is taken on record. CPSW No. 262/2018 3. In view of the aforesaid, the judgment dated 25.10.2017 stands complied with. The proceedings in the contempt petition are, accordingly, closed. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to assail the consideration order, if so advised.
