Coram: Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Dhar, Judge ORDER 12.08.2026 By virtue of order passed by the writ Court on 19.07.2018, a direction was issued to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on the post of CG-1 with effect from the date of his initial appointment by taking into fact that the similarly situated persons who have filed the writ petitions were given the benefit, by a speaking order. The respondents have filed statement of facts/compliance report. Along with the statement of facts/compliance report, they have placed on record a copy of the order dated 13.05.2025. In terms of the said order, the petitioner has been treated to have been appointed to the post of UDC w.e.f the date of his initial engagement pursuant where to the consequential benefits have also been accorded in his favour. The respondents have also placed on record a copy of pay fixation order made in favour of the petitioner. In view of the above, the judgment of the writ court stands complied with.
