01. Learned counsel for petitioner last appeared in this case way back on 27.08.2019 i.e. about seven years back and thereafter none has turned up.
02. Mr. Karman Singh Johal, learned counsel for private respondent has submitted that the petitioner in the charge-sheet in question bearing challan case No. 16092/16 dated 19.09.2016 stands acquitted by learned Munsiff, Jammu vide judgment dated 26.03.2025 and private respondent has filed acquittal appeal.
03. In view of the above, present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with connected application(s).
04. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
