The present petition has been filed by the petitioners commanding upon the respondents to direct the respondents to issue the appointment orders in favour of the petitioners on the basis of their selection made by the competent authority against two posts of teachers in newly upgraded Middle School Doogi Kote falling in Revenue Village Dodooa, Zone Pouni. 2. Learned counsel counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners would feel satisfied, in case, the claim of the petitioners is considered in terms of judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in U. T. of J&K and others vs. Saba Wani and others. Mr. Suneel Malhotra, learned GA submits that the respondents would have no objection, in considering the case of the petitioners in terms of judgment(supra). 3. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners strictly in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court referred above.
