Earlier, the petitioner had filed SWP No. 1649/2018 which was disposed of in terms of order dated 18.08.2018 by commanding respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to consider the grievance as projected by the petitioner in the petition and take the selection process for engagement of ReT in GPS Thanamarg initiated vide advertisement notification No. CEO/R/11727-42 dated 18.07.2012 to its logical end, if there was no other legal impediment. 2. The petitioner through the medium of this petition has impugned Government Order No. 919-Edu of 2018 dated 16.11.2018 whereby the Rehbar-e-Taleem was formally closed and has also sought the issuance of direction to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment as Rehbar-e-Taleem Teacher by keeping her out of the purview of the Government Order (supra). 3. The respondents in their response have solely relied upon the GO dated 16.11.2018 only for the purpose of objecting the claim of the petitioner. SWP No. 2673/2018 2 4. Be that as it may, the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in “UT of J&K v. Saba Wani, 2026 INSC 439”, has issued certain directions and this Court is of the considered view that the claim of the petitioner can be considered in the light of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of by commanding the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in “UT of J&K v.
