Coram: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE
ORDER 29.06.2026
1. In terms of order dated 08.12.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner had sought short adjournment in view of the decision taken by the respondent/contemnor in furtherance of the judgment which is subject matter of the present contempt petition.
2. On the previous date of hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, none has chosen to appear on behalf of the petitioner, which clearly demonstrates loss of interest on part of the petitioner in pursuing the instant contempt petition.
3. In view of the above, contempt proceedings are closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in the event cause survives.
