The records show that notices were issued to the respondents as back as on June 04, 2018. However, per Office report, the petitioner failed to submit the requisites, resultantly, the respondents remained unserved. The petition is pending since 2018 and none is present either on behalf of the petitioner to clarify if anything actually survives in the matter. That being so, this Court is choiceless but to dismiss the petition for non- prosecution.
