Whereupon, the applicant/petitioner had moved the applications at hands seeking condonation of delay in filing the restoration application that was, as indicated above, dismissed for non-prosecution and for restoration of the petition. The matter is pending since September, 2018 and nearly eight years have gone by. None is present on behalf of the petitioner to pursue the matter.
