1. By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of Govt. Order No. 489-HME of 2018 dated 29.08.2018, whereby the petitioner has been transferred and posted to PHC, Block Majalta. This order, it is submitted, has been passed within two days of petitioner’s transfer to Health Education Bureau, DHS, Jammu vide Order No. 930-G of 2018 dated
27.08.2018. A further direction is sought to allow the petitioner to perform her duties at Health Education Bureau, DHS, Jammu as per transfer Order No. 930-G of 2018 dated 27.08.2018 and also to produce the record with regard to passing of the three orders on three consecutive days pertaining to the transfer and posting of the petitioner and private respondent No. 4.
2. The respondents, in their objections, have submitted that the petitioner continues to work at Jammu, however, vide Government Order No. 257- JK(HME) of 2022, dated 30.04.2022, she has been transferred from
School Health Scheme (SHS), Jammu to PHC, Simbal Camp, Block R.S. Pura, District Jammu, where she has already joined.
3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has already joined at her new place of posting, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition and the same has, thus, been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
