Neither the necessary application for arraying the present incumbents as party respondents in terms of order dated March 14, 2018 nor the requisite measures for issuing notices have been taken till to date by the learned counsel for the petitioner. None is present either on behalf of the petitioner to pursue the petition, which is pending since 2018. That being so, the Court is choiceless but to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution.
