Per compliance report filed on behalf of respondents, the claim of the petitioners was considered by the respondent-Authorities and rejected: “3. That the CEO Doda in light of the directions of the Hon’ble Court has passed the speaking order dated 28/06/2021, bearing order no. 36, the copy of the same is annexed as Annexure R1 and thereby in light of directions passed by this Hon’ble Court dated 11/06/2015 and 20/03/2017 respectively and in view of the state administrative council decision no. 129/19/2018 dated 14/11/18 conveyed vide Got. Order No. 919- Edu of 2018 dated 16/11/2018 the claim of the petitioners for engagement as ReT teachers have been considered and found to be devoid of merit and not covered under the above said order, wherein it has been provided that the panels prepared where no engagement order has been issued, shall and shall always be deemed to have been cancelled/withdrawn as ab-initio accordingly the claim of the petitioners stands rejected.” In the wake of the above, nothing substantive survives in the present petition, the same is, accordingly, dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
