The records show that this Court had issued notices to the respondentson March 19, 2018. However, per Office report, the petitioner failed to submit the requisites. Resultantly, the respondents remain unserved. The petition is pending since 2018 and none is present either on behalf of the petitioner to clarify if anything actually survives in the matter. That being so, this Court is choiceless but to dismiss the petition for non- prosecution.
