Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the issue involves for determination in this petition is a service dispute between the petitioner and the Forest Department and is, therefore, amenable to the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Jammu, Bench.
02. In that view of the matter, the main petition along with contempt petition is accordingly, transferred to Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu for further adjudication.
