JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE ORDER In this petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to allow him to continue as Assistant Tourist Guide Instructor on an academic arrangement basis till the post is filled either by regular appointment or by transfer. This petition came up for consideration on 17.05.2018, when this Court, while issuing notice to the respondents, directed that the petitioner shall not be replaced by any other Assistant Tourist Guide Instructor on an academic arrangement basis. In view of the aforesaid interim direction, the main relief claimed by the petitioner stood granted to him at the very first date of hearing, requiring no further adjudication of the matter. It appears that, for this reason, the petitioner has chosen not to pursue the petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by making the interim order dated 17.05.2018 absolute.
