Accordingly, the present petition is directed to be transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu Bench, for adjudication. The parties are directed to appear before the Tribunal on 28.05.2026, on which date, the Tribunal shall take up the matter and endeavour to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.This direction is issued in view of the fact that the impugned order of transfer has remained stayed since the year 2018.
