JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE ORDER In this petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to allow her to continue as a 10+2 Lecturer in Government Higher Secondary School, Peeri, Rajouri, in her subject till the post is filled by regular appointment in the said school. This petition came up for consideration on 18.05.2018, when this Court, while issuing notice to the respondents, directed that the petitioner shall not be replaced by any other contractual appointee. In view of the aforesaid interim direction, the main relief claimed by the petitioner stood granted to her at the very first date of hearing, requiring no further adjudication of the matter. It appears that, for this reason, the petitioner has chosen not to pursue the petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by making the interim order dated 18.05.2018 absolute.
