On the next date of hearing i.e., on 02.12.2025, none appeared for the petitioner. Today also nobody has appeared their behalf. As per the report of the Registry, neither the steps have been taken by the petitioner for effecting service upon respondent No.4 nor the costs in terms of order dated 10.11.2025 have been deposited.
