HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU CRMC No.68/2018 c/w APPCR No.8/2018 Sushant Khar …..Petitioner(s) Through: None. Vs Yoginder Kandari and others .…. Respondent(s) Through: None. Coram: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE ORDER 27.02.2026 1. The record reveals that the matter is being dragged unnecessarily at the instance of the petitioner while seeking undue adjournments and the same has been assigned to this Court. 2. The record further reveals that the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment on 21.10.2022 and thereafter the matter was listed on 09.12.2022, on which date, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to assist the court. Again, when the matter was listed on 14.02.2023, it was adjourned at the request of proxy counsel for the petitioner. 3. Today also, when the matter was taken up, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner despite notice. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition which is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution along with all connected application(s). 4. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated. (WASIM SADIQ NARGAL) JUDGE JAMMU 27.02.2026 Shammi Sr. No. 70
