It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners Mrs. Rozina Afzal, Advocate that as per the previous order dated 26.02.2026 passed on this petition, the matter was directed to be listed along with OWP No.1037/2011 which has not been done by the Registry. It is further submitted by the learned counsel that the said other file OWP No.1037/2011 as per order dated 25.02.2026 passed on the same has been referred for mediation and as such, this connected file was also supposed to go for mediation along with the OWP No.1037/2011. The order dated 26.02.2026 is not available on the digital file of this case. 3. The learned counsel has furnished for perusal of this Court an unsigned copy of the order dated 26.02.2026 alleged to have been passed by this Court on 26.02.2026 in this matter. The perusal of the order also reveals that the contempt matter CPOWP No.361/2018 stands closed. Sr. No. 15 2 CPOWP No.361/2018 4. Registry is directed to verify the matter and take immediate action regarding clubbing of this matter with OWP No.1037/2011, if same stands ordered. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the other file OWP No.1037/2011 has not been yet referred to the Mediation Cell pursuant to order dated 25.02.2026 passed thereon. 5. The Registry, subject to verification regarding passing of order dated 26.02.2026 on this file, shall send both the matters to the Coordinator Mediation Centre, High Court of J&K and Ladakh, Jammu, for doing the needful. 6.
