This intra court appeal is directed against judgment dated 09.08.2018 passed in OWP No. 1434/2017, whereby the learned Writ Court vide judgment dated 09.08.2018 has allowed the writ petition preferred by the private respondent and remitted the matter to the learned J&K Special Tribunal, Jammu for according fresh consideration to the case of the private respondent in accordance with the rules and the law governing the field. 2. During the course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the contesting parties have reached a consensus that the learned Tribunal be directed to LPA No. 123/2018 dispose of the appeal remitted by the learned Writ Court in terms of judgment dated 09.08.2018 within some stipulated period. 3. In view of the above, this appeal is disposed of by directing respondent No. 2 to make all possible endeavours to dispose of the appeal in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
