Sr. No. 14 HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU Case No.: CRMC No. 381/2018 Date of Pronouncement:- 30.01.2026 Uploaded on:- 30.01.2026 Madan Lal and Anr. …. Appellant/Petitioner(s) Through:- Mr. Pawan Kumar Kundal, Adv. V/s State of J&K and ors. …..Respondent(s) Through:- Mr. Pawan Dev Singh, Dy. AG. Mr. Gagan Kohli, Advocate. CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE ORDER 1. After arguing for a while, it was brought to the notice of this Court that FIR No. 87/2018 under Sections 341, 382, 506 & 34 RPC registered by the Police Station, Bishnah has already been concluded into charge-sheet, in which, name of the petitioner No. 2 has been dropped and final charge-sheet has only been laid qua petitioner No. 1. So much so, the commission of offence under Section 382 RPC too stand not made out. 2. Given the aforesaid background, once the investigation has been concluded into charge-sheet, no ground for quashment of FIR is made out insofar as petitioner No. 1 is concerned because he has already been charge-sheeted. 3. In view of the above, this Court finds no merit in the instant petition. The same is, accordingly, dismissed alongwith connected application. 4. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
