Since it is contended that against an order passed by this Court, wherein a direction was issued to the Opposite Party CARD-Bank to release the salary as due and admissible and a writ appeal is pending at the instance of the Petitioner therein, it is observed that the Liquidator shall take into consideration, the order to be passed in the Writ Appeal, if any. 5.
