CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE
ORDER 20.02.2026
In the aforesaid petitions, in terms of order dated 23.07.2016, the parties had apprised the Court that the matter has been amicably settled, as such, a direction was passed that the parties shall appear in person on the date fixed to verify the amicable settlement. Thereafter, neither the petitioners have appeared nor the counsel apprised the Court about the settlement. Even no urgency has been shown by the petitioners to seek early listing of the matter so as to give final shape to the said amicable settlement. It appears that parties are not interested to continue with all these writ petitions. The same are, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim direction(s), if any, shall stand vacated.
