2. The petitioner claims to have been in possession of a half share of the total extent of Ac.31-17 cents in different survey numbers situated in Siripuram Village, Yeleswaram Mandal, East Godavari District, having acquired the same by virtue of the decree dated 19.03.1979 passed in O.S.No.88 of 1975 on the file of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Rajahmundry. Since then, the petitioner has been in absolute possession and enjoyment of the subject property. While the things stood thus, when the petitioner intended to sell the said property due to his family necessities, he came to know that the said property was reflected in the revenue records in the name of some third parties.
As such, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the 5th respondent on 20.02.2018 requesting him to conduct a detailed enquiry into the lands pertaining to the subject properties in terms of the decree dated 19.03.1979 passed by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Rajahmundry in O.S.No.88 of 1975. The petitioner also made a paper publication in Eenadu Daily News Paper dated 20.02.2018, duly issuing a public notice declaring that the petitioner was holding the subject properties and that any sale transaction in respect thereof would be at the risk of the purchasers and subject to legal implications. As no orders have been passed on the said representation dated 20.02.2018 made by the petitioner, the present writ petition came to be filed. 3. As the relief sought by the petitioner is only to the extent of considering the representation made by the petitioner on 20.02.2018, instead of going into the merits of the case, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ

petition by directing the 5th respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 20.02.2018 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, if not yet considered, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. __________________ JUSTICE V.SUJATHA Dated 19.06.2026 KGR
