GA/7/2018 (Old No: GA/1933/2018) In CS/212/2010 Prior to the recess, the Learned Advocate representing the Petitioner submitted to have filed an application for substitution of the deceased sole plaintiff. It was further submitted, certain defects to have been pointed out by the Department which required rectification. 2 After the recess, when the matter was fixed for further consideration, it was told by the staff of the Department being summoned by this Court that no such application for substitution had ever been filed on behalf of the Petitioner/Plaintiff. It appears that the Plaintiff/petitioner is not inclined to proceed with the instant suit. Accordingly, GA/7/2018 in CS/212/2010 is dismissed. IA NO.
