Learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that pending the present writ petition, the petitioner was promoted from the feeder cadre of TWI to AE(H) and expired due to ill-health on 09.05.2021 and that retirement benefits were also released to his dependents. 4 VS,J W.P.No.40958 of 2018 4. In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
