ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“...to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India declaring the action of the respondents as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional in seizing the stock 283 bags of MOP (IPL), 30 bags of 20:20:0:13 (PPL) and 07 bags of 12:32:16 (smart) by not considering the account of sales and return of the damaged stock although there is no variation in the stock register as well as physical stock in the shop…”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms. Popuri Lakshmi Priyanvita, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of, since, the relief has become infructuous in this matter.
3. Ms. M. Sandhya Deepthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture for the respondents is in attendance.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
