Opp. Parties Mr. A. Tripathy, AGA CORAM: JUSTICE BIRAJA PRASANNA SATAPATHY Order No. ORDER 17.08.2026 08. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode. 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties. 3. Petitioner has filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:- “Under such circumstance the petitioner therefore prays that your lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this writ application, call for records and after hearing the parties may be pleased to issue a writ/s/order/s/direction/s/in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties to release his arrear wages pending since April 2013 to December 2013 and 2015 to 2018 except Rs.3485/- of the year 2015 and the current wages, within a stipulated period as it deems just and proper by this Hon’ble court and further may direct the authority to allow him to sign on the attendance register of the said work. And further may pass any other order/s/direction/s/ as this Hon’ble court deems just and proper to give relief to the petitioner. And for this act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.” 4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.4 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence. 5. It is observed that if any such representation is filed within the aforesaid time period, Opp. Party No.4 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.4 be communicated to the Petitioner. 6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy) Judge Sumitra
