A JAYANTHI The Court made the following: 3 VS,J W.P.No.19400 of 2018 ORDER: This Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following prayer: “to order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declare the action of the respondent authorities in not paying the compensation while taken away the land forcibly and consequently direct the respondents authorities to resume the land an extent of S.No.388/3 and 388/2 to an extent of ac.2.07 cents situated at Cherivivillage, Satyaveend Mandal, Chittoor Distr.in to original possession and handover the same to the petitioner in the circumstances of the case and pass” 2. Heard Sri. Syam Sundar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that W.P.No.42253 of 2018 and few other writ petitions, which were filed with similar prayer were dismissed by this Court on 27.09.2023 by observing as under: “13. In view of the discussion supra, the genuineness of patta filed by the petitioner, itself is in doubt coupled with unexplained latches in approaching this Court, this Court does not find any merit in the writ petition and the writ petitions is liable to be dismissed.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to pass a similar order in the present writ petition as well. 4 VS,J W.P.No.19400 of 2018 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dismiss the writ petition in terms of the order dated 27.09.2023 in W.P.No.42253 of 2018. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 7. Registry is directed to attach the copy of the order, dated 27.09.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.42253 of 2018 to this order.
