Rt. GP FOR REVENUE (AP) The Court made the following: 3 VS,J W.P.No.936 of 2018 ORDER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “.... to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records pertaining to refusal order of the 6th respondent as confirmed by the 5th respondent dated 01.08.2017 in Appeal Petition No.6 of 2016 and set aside the same as being arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the 6th respondent to register the sale deed in the light of G.O.Rt.No.1324 Revenue Regn-I Department dtd 15.12.2017 issued by the government….” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 27.03.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.45296 of 2017, 41 and 488 of 2018 and requested to pass a similar order in this Writ Petition also. The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. The operative portion of the said order, reads as under: “….In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader as well as the Judgment of the composite High Court in Vinjamuri Rajagopalachari’s case, the petitioners are directed to submit fresh application through mee-seva as per the conditions enumerated under G.O.Ms.No.300 Revenue (Assn.I) 4 VS,J W.P.No.936 of 2018 Department, dated 05.07.2016 to the District Collector within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such applications, the District Collector is hereby directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.” 4. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, in terms of the common order, dated 27.03.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.45296 of 2017, 41 and 488 of 2018. There shall be no order as to costs. 5. Registry is directed to attach the copy of the common order, dated 27.03.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.45296 of 2017, 41 and 488 of 2018 to this order.
